About this space

Our space fits 24 seated guests or 40 standing, with a minimum of 15 people. It covers 650 square feet and includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a sound system. You can play your own music through our speakers or bring your own DJ. Please note there are some limits on loud music after certain hours.

The space is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free paths, entrances, and accessible toilets. We also offer free street parking, making it easy for your guests. Whether it’s a private or promoted event, we’re ready to help you create something memorable!

1. BYOB Policy:
- Guests are welcome to bring their beverages. However, alcoholic beverages must not be sold on the premises. The host is responsible for ensuring responsible consumption.

2. No Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

3. No Loitering:
- Please respect the surrounding area and avoid loitering outside the venue before, during, or after your event.

4. No Onsite Cooking:
- Cooking is not allowed inside the venue. All food must be pre-prepared or brought by a licensed caterer.

5. No Taping or Sticking Decorations to the Walls:
- To maintain the quality of our space, we do not allow decorations to be taped, nailed, or stuck to walls. Please use the provided display areas or free-standing décor.

6. Cleanup & Damages:
- All events must leave the space clean and free of trash. The host is responsible for any damage caused during the event.

7. Noise & Event Timing:
- Be mindful of the noise level, especially for evening events. All events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time.

Whether you're planning a fun party, a special celebration, or a corporate event, our flexible space and helpful team are here to make your event unforgettable. With stylish décor, custom event packages, and a relaxed but classy vibe, we turn regular gatherings into something special. The space comes fully furnished and has a bar area.

We offer in-house catering with our chef and staff, providing menus to fit all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher options. If you'd like, you can also bring your own food or hire your own caterer. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol too.
