The sleek design creates a welcoming atmosphere and complements a wide range of projects, from commercials and interviews to podcasts and content creation. Designed to support seamless production workflows, this turnkey space is fully equipped and ready for both audio and video needs.
The base rate includes the room, two microphones, and a soundboard, with video available as an add-on. Modifications to the room or the use of external production equipment are not permitted, except for cell phones and their related accessories.

Parking is free on the street, with both sides available on Wednesdays. On Tuesdays and Fridays, the studio side undergoes street cleaning between 10:00-11:30 AM, with free parking outside of those hours. The same applies to the opposite side for Mondays and Thursdays, offering convenient parking options for guests during events.
