The 2,500 ft² basement space can accommodate 200 people for production holding, launch parties, concerts, performances, and so much more.
The room is equipped with over 50 chairs, over 10 tables and sitting spaces, and a surround sound system. Visitors also have the use of a green room with a private bathroom.

Sip Studios is a creative facility and networking hub in Jersey City. Beyond its versatile event space, the venue features a film/photo studio, music studio, and podcast space. There is also an option for art and props rental.
The building is located just two minutes from the Journal Square PATH station. A parking deck is next door, and metered street parking is also available.
