The 1,000 ft² film studio features a client area, nine wireless, iPad-controlled studio lights, 12' sound-treated ceilings, and a variety of backdrops and flats. The space can accommodate up to 35 people for production purposes. Additionally, there is a fully equipped green room with a private bathroom.

• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Furniture and decorations may be moved.
• Outside catering is allowed. Drinking is allowed to be served but not sold.
• All events require general liability insurance.
• All music events and events with over 100 people require security.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.

Sip Studios is a creative facility and networking hub in Jersey City. Beyond its versatile event space, the venue features a film/photo studio, music studio, and podcast space. There is also an option for art and props rental.
The building is located just two minutes from the Journal Square PATH station. A parking deck is next door, and metered street parking is also available.
