Host rules
- No bags on the couch or adjustable desk.
- Protect the white floors—use padding under equipment or ask us for assistance.
- No smoking, drugs, or weapons allowed on the premises.
- Keep noise low outside—no loud music or group gatherings in the yard or street.
- No items may be stuck to the walls.
- Exit within 15 minutes after your session for cleaning and sanitizing.
- Furniture must not be moved.

About The Hut Studio
Located just 5 miles from Washington, DC, and 7 miles from Virginia, our facility is a multifunctional creative hub offering a photo and video production studio. Studio Hut features a spacious 463 sq. ft. area with optional green screen, and a range of add-on lighting equipment. It’s ideal for photoshoots, video production, and digital editing.
Additional services include analog-to-digital transfers, on-the-spot photo printing, and DJ/audio equipment rentals. Open 7 days a week (except holidays), our venue is designed to meet the needs of photographers, providing professional-grade spaces and equipment.
