General Rules
Vehicles on location MUST be completely contained on the property. Parking in front of property or in driveway only. If needed you can arrange shuttle parking 1 block from the property.
NO smoking on the property as there is artificial turf in the back yard.
If you move the furniture please put it back exactly as it was. We suggest taking pictures before as a guide.
Insurance is required.
General Liability coverage in the amount not less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence. This is a must. Contact your insurance agent. It's cheap and easy to get the COI. Needs to endorse the Owner of location on COI. Please provide proof of insurance before the booking day.
