Excellent communication
Matt, was extremely communicative and answered all of your questions promptly. Sometimes he may take a day or so to get back but he had events he was putting on so the slight delay was understandable. We did our event at the last minute and Matt's response times were completely fine. He always gave us deadlines if necessary and answered our questions fully and honestly.

Matt and his team were not just professional, but incredibly helpful. We live in FL but were putting on a reception for my niece from UT who was not able to afford it herself and Prestige came through with flying colors. The set up and decorations were very attractive. Matt and his staff were friendly and helpful. Matt even helped act as MC to move the different steps of the party along on time. Prestige is everything they advertise and more. The best value and most flexible we found of anyone else in Vegas on Tagvenue or other sites we looked at. Can't say enough good things about how everything came out. We would go back to them in a heartbeat if we ever need a Vegas reception space again.
