This home features a massive entertainment backyard with a resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi, cabana seating area with lounge chairs, putting green, corn hole, horseshoe pit, grill, and a fire pit seating area, as well as a Large Landscape front yard with white rocks and multiple palm trees — great for photos and videos.

We have a modern white kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances and a 9 FT Waterfall quartz Island with bar stools.


Conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the Airport, Strip, Allegiant Stadium, and Henderson.
