Started in 1989, Yama Sushi Las Vegas first opened in a small strip mall located on Flamingo.
With all the love, dedication, and support from long-time customers, fans, and a tight-knit staff, we have been able to expand to 3 locations and provide Vegas with our unique sushi rolls that draw lines and crowds every day.
​As our long-time customers know, our rolls are created by our talented chefs and with input from our customers. Some of our hottest rolls and unique names actually come from our regulars!
We embrace the local Vegas spirit and it is reflected in the fun-loving attitude we take toward our food.
