Host rules

Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or Renters party occupies the premises. Damage deposits will be held until repair can be made. If the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter Agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, wallpaper or painted surfaces.

Everything as advertised. Very flexible to our needs. We arrived at 6:15 and the rear door was unlocked as discussed. We requested signage with our logo to direct our people. Multiple pedestals were set up accordingly. We needed extra chairs no problem. We will definitely use them as an option next time. Service and value were definitely top notch.
Heat unit was loud and at times distracting. Please feel free to call me with any questions.
