Venue Rental Fee of $10k does not include food, beverage, rentals, entertainment, required valet and/or private parking, required security, and other event services.
Venue Rental Fee of $10k is based on availability, time of year, number of guests, type of event, length of time for event, who/what is in town at that time, etc.
