About this space

Our full facility is available for rent, offering a comprehensive venue event space package. The standard equipment and inclusions feature up to 20 tables based on your layout preferences, including rectangular tables that seat eight, round tables that can accommodate eight to ten guests and 36-inch round cocktail tables. We provide modern clear ghost chairs that hold up to 500 lbs, along with upgraded black or white table coverings.

Additionally, our package includes two modular speakers and a podium, two Bose speakers with wireless microphones, and a visual 100-inch monitor for presentations. For added flair, we have a photo backdrop flower wall, which is standard in the lobby, as well as a digital welcome sign and a ring light with attachments.

Our amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a furnished lobby and lounge area, an ADA water fountain bottle filler, and ADA private restrooms. The facility is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and we offer onsite free parking for approximately 70 spaces, with street overflow available. The venue has easy freeway access and includes an equipped kitchenette with private access. There is also an open bridal suite featuring a private bathroom. We are conveniently located within one mile of Summerlin, Tivoli Square, and Boca Park.

The Beautiful Event Center is in a prime location in the Summerlin and Boca Park area and boasts a spacious area spanning 6000 sq. ft. Based on layout and type of event we can accommodate up to 200 guests (150 seated with tables and 200 seated without tables).
