We have 24 hrs security cameras recording inside the studio space, so please use the restroom for changing.

Please return the props / furniture to where their original locations.
Please respect others and leave on time, if you ned more time, please contact us.
Please DO NOT leave any trash behind.
Security cameras (24/7 recording) are placed inside the studio.
All filming / shooting has to be inside the studio space.
Absolutely NOTHING could be place in the hallway, fines will be given for each violation.
You wil be accounted for any items you break.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
