-MESH Space is attached to the One South condominium complex; therefore, HOA rules prohibit events past 10 pm.
-Outside catering is allowed.
-No smoking in the building.
-We do not provide alcohol on-site, but we can reccommend vendors who can come in and serve alcohol for private events; bartenders with a mobile bar, or even just servers who can come in and serve more casually.
-We require insurance coverage for potential damages and/or overages that may occur during private events at MESH space. Client shall provide and maintain General LIability Insurance or Special Event Liability Insurance three (3) days prior to their event. If insurance can not be provided, a credit card will be held for damages, overages, etc. should they occur.
-No pets allowed. Service animals as described by ADA are permitted.
