Additional Fees:
Groups of 16-25 people will be charged $125. per Hr.
Groups larger than 30 people will be charged $150. per Hr. or more based on project usage

Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming MagicLight Productions and Robert Reiff as additionally insured for a 2,000,000 liability policy. Bookings without insurance will not be accepted

Gym Equipment available for additional fees

Additional rental grip, video/audio gear, photo/video lighting available. Complete list available upon request

Skylights that can be closed for blackout

Covid enhanced cleaning protocol are used. Masks are optional.

There is no smoking inside the studio space.

All damages are the responsibility of the renter to pay to return to original condition or replace as needed.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Beautiful 2500ft in Marina del Rey, near Venice & LAX. Perfect for Video production, photos, fittings, meetings. Fully functional kitchen set!

Private lobby area with frosted south facing glass for beautiful daylight.
600 Amps with 2 large lunch box style electrical box's for shooting area.

Central AC/ Heat, 3 rolling bakers racks, 8 folding chairs and 8 directors chairs, two 8' and four6' folding tables, large rolling butcher block rolling island in kitchen, great sound system.

Fully functional kitchen that can be used as a working set!
Perfect for food videos or photos.
Kitchen includes; 4 burner gas stove, oven, exhaust, blender, toaster oven and micro-wave, overhead dimmable lighting grid.
