Host rules

The renter is responsible for returning the space to its original condition. Props and decorations can be moved to your production needs, but they must be placed back. Please take photos prior to redressing.
A rental period should include setup and breakdown.
Please be respectful of the space.
Remove all trash and items.
Production insurance is required: 2 million policy.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.
All Sets get access to the makeup and wardrobe area however, the cyc wall is NOT to be utilized in any circumstance besides filming/photography.

About Beam Studio

Beam Studios is a full-functioning film studio complete with multiple sets designed by an industry-leading cinematographer. Utilize our many pre-built sets, customize our sets, or build your own set in our 4000 sq ft open warehouse.

Through our own time in the film industry, we know how hard it can be to find the right location. That's why we created Beam Studios where creativity is encouraged.
