FOOD/DRINKS: We have a water cooler which provides hot and cold water.
ADULT FILMING & NUDITY: NO adult films/photoshoots or nudity allowed.
OFF LIMITS AREAS: Exterior of Building, Warehouse, Workshop, Office Set is not off limits but not available for rental
TRUCKS, LOADING, PARKING: The loading dock in the back is for loading and unloading only.
NO PERMIT NEEDED: Because we are an operational studio facility you will not need a permit.
EXTERIOR: Unfortunately, all filming is only limited to within our studio walls.

CLEANING: Because the office set is our working office, the desks are not movable.
CLEANING: Furniture and set decorations may be moved.
CLEANING: Please clean up after yourself and leave the place the way you found it.

These are standing sets and facades (except for the office set).
There is central A/C and power throughout.
Space is normally quiet, except in the early morning when the janitorial sweeps the walkways in front of the studio.
POWER: We are not sure about how much of a load our circuits can take, but the largest light we've powered is an ARRI M18.
TRUCKS: The loading dock in the back is for loading and unloading only. No parking of trucks, vans, etc. is allowed. Once things are unloaded, the vehicles must be moved to the parking lot or they will get towed. There is plenty of space in the studio equipment room for gear.
NO PERMIT NEEDED: Because we are an operational studio facility you will not need a permit.
EXTERIOR: Unfortunately, all filming is only limited to within our studio walls. No exterior filming is permitted whatsoever. However, if an actor is, say, walking into our studio through the front door, you can film from within the studio, looking out, but no equipment, crew, etc is allowed outside our studio.
CLEANING: Although we charge a cleaning fee, since our space is so large, we require renters to reset the sets before leaving. We have printed reference photos of how the sets are to be set up, so you can set them back up properly. If you do not want to or do not have time to reset the sets, there will be an additional cleaning fee added.
