- No smoking in the space (there is a dedicated place outside the building should you wish to smoke)
- Leave the studio in the same state as it was upon arrival (remove all trash and belongings before departing)
- No pets or animals of any kind allowed on site
- Outside food is allowed
- Alcohol is not allowed on site
