About this space
Established in 1946. Chili John's is Burbank's oldest continuously open restaurant. Workers from Lockheed Martin and early Disney animators regularly ate the same chili we serve today.
The beef chili recipe is based on a chili recipe over 100 years old. We can't wait to share it with you! Try out our best Chili since 1946 or our famous homemade pies.

At Chili John's, Burbank's oldest continuously operating restaurant, our famous chili's been a crowd-pleaser since 1946 - and yes, our recipe's been the same since then, too! There are no shortcuts in our kitchen. Each batch of our legendary chili takes ten hours to make and is packed with bold, genuine Southwest flavors.
