Rose & Blanc Tea Room is a premium high English tea room & afternoon tea house in Los Angeles. It is a perfect venue for bridal showers, baby showers, and any other private parties.
We have everything you need for a flawless event: from tables and chairs to dishes and decorations. And of course, we have Tea Party Tableware and our experienced event assistants who will help you with planning and hosting your special occasion.

•Security Deposit
Upon your arrival, we will kindly request an initial security deposit of $300. This security deposit will be fully refunded within 12 hours after the rental period ends, provided that no issues are found during the inspection.
- All materials (decorations, plates, utensils) must leave with you if you brought them. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, left behind items
- The space must be returned to its original position. Please notify the staff for any damage
- No smoking
- No candles/ flames without the owner’s permission
- Food warmer/ Chafer are not allowed
- No weapons of any kind
- No pets (guide animals are allowed)
- No glitter, confetti, duct tape command strip allowed (otherwise it results in an extra cleaning fee)
- All trash must be gathered and placed into trash bags
- If tableware were rented, please leave them on the table for our staff to clean after the event
•Final Confirmation
Please confirm the final details no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
We will not be able to make any changes to the reservation details once we receive a final confirmation.
•Decorations
You are welcome to bring your own decorations and flower centerpieces.
For safety reasons, some items that are prohibited in the tea room.
We do not permit candles (except candles for the cake), or any type of confetti in our tea room (including confetti sprinkles, confetti filled balloons, and table confetti.)
To prevent damage to the wall, only regular tape provided by the tea room can be used for wall decorations.
Command strips wouldn't be safe on our walls.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
