It is a beautiful house situated in Los Angeles. It has a garden, a recording studio, and all the things that you would expect to find in any other event house. When you walk into the house, you realize that it is not just a house but also an art gallery.
In every room, there are works of art on the walls and there are paintings everywhere else too. The garden provides a natural backdrop for these amazing works of art!

Load in and out on street must be quiet
No moving furniture without prior consent
Damage done to the property and equipment will result in additional fine
No grip trucks larger than 10 ft
No letting the cat out of the room
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Trendy house with a big backyard. The nice outdoor area, lots of plants, and places to sit. Nice living room, and bedroom. Big windows for nice natural lighting. The stove range is Wolf and Subzero fridge. Water in the house is filtered. All artwork inside the home is cleared for shoots. Nice bamboo flooring inside. Mid-Century-style home.
