Beautiful Library at Classic 1920s Study

About this space
This is exactly what you imagine the library in a mysterious man's 1930 home looks like because it is! Southern exposure filters through diamond-cut leaded glass windows with walnut and mahogany wood panels glowing. Bound books, potions, and antiquities from around the world line the shelves. A magnifying glass collection seems fascinating in front of a corner fireplace flanked by a set of winged back chairs. Another set of club chairs and two leather french chairs seat a total of 6. The large, walnut writing desk can be placed in a traditional consultation position with clients, or used as a small conference table.
This space is best used for meetings, still shoots and is truly the quintessential film set library room. The sq. Ft. Reflects the room only. The gallery entrance, rotunda and bathroom are included; we also have the cathedral ceiling great room, wood-paneled dining room, the sexy gold suite upstairs and a real, triple-door bank vault, all available for additional fees.
This listing is for our wood-paneled library. It includes the entry, rotunda, green room, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. We offer package deals for full-production rentals-please inquire!
