For 20+ attendees rate will be $125/hr 30+ $150/hr. 40+$150/hr 50+ $200/hr.
Clean up required at the end of the booking or a cleaning charge will be applied.
Please note: all booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down, so please add whatever time you feel is necessary to load in and out.
Parking - free street parking is available outside of the home.
Noise - we ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Damage - we understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
Insurance is required.
Drones, trailers, generators, pets, child-talent allowed.
Quiet after 10:00pm.Fireplace/ fire pit usage is allowed.

This 1700 square ft 3 BR, 2 bath house across from Warner Brothers Studio is perfect for your film shoot. Large circular driveway for easy in and out and ample parking. A welcoming backyard with patio furniture. Large kitchen with dining table. Attached garage is available for overnight storage and cleared artwork. I have hosted numerous television shows, commercials, videos, and movies and I am here to make sure you get the absolute best shoot possible.
