About this space
The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot sits on nearly a quarter of an acre. I have just added the pink room. It is my jewellery-making studio. It's where I hide during a shoot to be out of the way, however, it is available should you need it to get a shot. Just ask me to move while you do your work and I will be happy to accommodate you.
I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. For shoots under ten hours, there is a small fee. For shoots ten hours and over, there is no fee. If possible, please let me know in advance.

The 1920s house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. Pricing is for 10 people or less. To discuss pricing for larger groups, please inquire.
The large Bali-inspired tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The colorful house has been used in Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and other Caribbean locales.
