It has a heated pool, fountains, two fire pits, and a very usable two-car garage for all kinds of production purposes.
We are open to all photo shoot and film production ideas!

Located across from an open field and overlooking the San Fernando Valley, this private, one-story home has an open floor plan that is very production friendly.
Large rooms with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and recessed lighting allow you to easily customize the house for your particular needs.
