About this space
Large 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house on the west side of LA. Built-in 2018. Beautifully appointed. Huge backyard with garage and guest studio above. Outdoor dining and lounge area. Office, formal living, and dining. Large open floor plan. Lots of natural light. Vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor. The layout is conducive to many different options depending on what you're looking for. Lots of seating both inside and outside of the house. The lot is approximately 8000 square feet. House is approximately 3600 square feet.
This is our home where we live full-time. We ask that you treat it as if it was your own and leave it the way you find it. We have 2 small boys that make super early morning or late night shoots a little difficult. Not impossible though so please ask if that’s what you need. We also have 2 cats that spend most of their time outside but you may see them wandering around at times. Please take this into consideration when booking our property.
Because this is our home, there may be slight variations between the listing's pictures and the house. If there is any major change, we will update the photos. Slight variations may include rugs, throw pillows, a chair, etc... If there is something specific you are wanting to make sure is still in place, don't hesitate to ask.

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
No tape is allowed to be placed on the concrete floor. It pulls up the finish and leaves very distinct marks. If tape is used, you will be charged to fully refinish the concrete floors.
Before departing, return any furniture, pictures, rugs, chairs, etc... to the location they were upon arrival to the property.
No smoking allowed inside.
No drinking unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.
25 people max included in hourly rate.
Pets/animals may be allowed with prior approval.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Furniture and artwork can be moved if needed. We ask that you take a picture before moving anything and put it back exactly how you found it.
Also, ABSOLUTELY NO TAPE is to be put on the concrete floor. It pulls up the finishing and does not come off. If the tape is used on the floor, you will be charged to have the entire bottom floor redone as concrete does not allow one section to be done at a time.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
There is a ring doorbell that monitors the comings and goings of guests.

T.C.Green Homes was started by its owner Taylor Green. After working in construction during college, he realized he loved working with his hands and the feeling of creating something from nothing.
From there he developed a plan to begin investing in properties needing major renovations. The plan has come to fruition and T.C.Green LLC was born, now investing in multiple properties a year and providing contracting and management for homeowners in the Los Angeles area.
