Certificate of Insurance required.
No nail, painting or other alterations unless approved by the Owner.
No smoking of any kind inside of the home.
Moving and putting the back of furniture is possible but do not drag furniture on floors (they must be picked up and placed).
No stainable products are to be used on site.
No pets unless approved by the Owner (there is an additional fee for animals on site).
Inside of closets, drawers, pantry, cabinet and refrigerator is off limits unless pre-approved by owner.
No loud music or loud talking outside after 10 pm.
All rentals include set up and clean-up time - otherwise, overtime will be charged at 1 1/2 times of hourly rate.
Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and put in outside trashcans and recycling bins located next to the front house.
Any damage to the property during the rental period is the responsibility of the production.
An onsite manager will be provided by the owner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
