About this space
Our entire studio has 3 spacious rooms and 8 settings, including a living room, patio, rattan chair, vanity desk, a clothing rack, kitchen, bohemian bedroom, and bathroom.
We have an elegant statement wall with crown molding, a beautiful assortment of cream-colored furniture for any season, and a modern kitchen with farmhouse decor. Our vibe is a fine balance of modern and bohemian touches, and we believe many of our guests will truly be elated using our space.
Each setup in the loft is unique and positioned in a way to help you get the most optimal lighting for your photos and videos.

Host rules
- All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time.
- All furniture (except for wall décor, bed, sink, dresser and neon signs) can be moved and must be returned to its original place.
- No filming/shooting in waiting areas or on the roof of the building.
- No smoking or illicit drug use allowed.
- No smoke machines allowed.
- Nudity is allowed (no pornography).

Centrally located near DTLA and Koreatown, our sun-drenched loft is a dream for content creators. We designed this space specifically with entrepreneurs, content creators, and mommies-to-be in mind!
The loft boasts 15-foot high ceilings, tastefully designed wood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow sunlight to fill the space with soft, natural light all day long, thanks to our many southeast-facing windows.
We are particularly thoughtful of the ambiance in our loft, and we enhance the liveliness of the space with happy and healthy plants and tasteful décor. The lighting is most beautiful in the mornings, and sometimes it pours into the loft as early as 6 am.
