On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and living room with a modern aesthetic which is great for photography, music videos, commercial shoots, creative projects, etc. kitchen, dining, living, bathrooms, and master bedroom are available for shooting during your booking. The big mirror in the dining area can easily be taken down and replaced with a painting. The home office, which is perfect for a client bay area, must be pre-approved by the owner.
Parking: There is space for 3 cars in the garage and driveway and we can get five permits for street parking. There's also free parking on two streets, just a block up.
