Large, open-floor warehouse space perfect for live music, recording, presentations, lectures, training, workshops, and more. Polished concrete floors and high ceilings, 275 sq ft stage with full AV capabilities. Space is set up for full, multi-camera recording and live streaming to any platform.
Rear doors enter directly into the main space. Walk-through door for general access and large overhead door for equipment loading/unloading.
The main door enters into a bright reception room and lounge area separate from the main, 2500 sq ft space. Private green rooms and staging rooms are available upon request.
