About this space

Brand new, beautiful, large 1200 sq ft photo studio for photography and video shoots, meetings, auditions, and workshops. Centrally located in the arts district of DTLA with lots of parking and free lighting gear. Great value for the amount of space and amenities it offers.

It has white walls/floor, and gray, red, black, and faux grass walls for backgrounds. It also has a living room set with an 18 ft x 9ft green screen for video productions. It has big windows overlooking downtown la for interviews, photo, and video shoots.

Open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day.

1 800w alien bees, 1 400w neewer strobes,
1 60 w led video light
2 c-stand, boom, 1 alien bees beauty dish,
A 6 ft folding table and 4 folding chairs are included for free.

Host rules

For instructions on how to access the studio, please read the confirmation email and click on Invite Guest for all the details. If you can not find it, just call me when you get to the building or unit.

Overtime is not allowed unless with prior consent from the studio. Overtime charges are 1.5 times the normal rate.

No booking updates or changes are allowed within 48 hrs of the shoot.

Additional attendees not included during the booking will be charged $5 per person per hour of rental.

The studio needs to be cleaned and shut after it's vacated. Do not leave the door ajar when done with the shoot or event. Loss or theft due to the inability to close the door will be charged to the renter.

Rental only is for the space provided. Shooting outside of space is not allowed. Rental time continues to incur until you vacate the space and close the door.

No refund is allowed for the booked time unspent or amount of participants less than booked.

A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left unrentable such as being dirty and furniture left everywhere.

No parties, alcohol, or smoking are allowed. No very loud music. Be considerate to the neighbors.

If there is any problem with the space, please notify us right away before shooting or using the studio so that we can rectify the problem. No refunds will be allowed for complaints after the shoot or event has started or passed.

No smoke or fog machines that will trigger the smoke alarm. If you trigger the smoke alarm in the building, you will be charged $200 for compensatory damages.

No shooting on the fire escape.

Drums that are audible outside of the studio walls are not permitted.

If you use confetti, flour, chalk, paint, water, wheeled transportation such as bikes, or anything that will leave scuff marks or markings on the floor, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied.

We use surveillance cameras to protect our property and everyone else.

The key has to remain in the closed lockbox during the shoot.
