About this space

Our modern and beautifully decorated studio is a perfect space for a photo or video shoot.

The studio has a newly installed AC/Heat system, a commercial-style kitchen, private makeup/wardrobe room with a full bathroom. There's also a huge open gate allowing you to drive in a middle-size truck.

We strive to make sure that our space is welcoming and hospitable, as well as versatile and professional.

Host rules

OPERATING HOURS & TOTAL TIME OF RENTAL

Our hours are 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. The start time for each booking will begin at the time requested when booked and will end after all guests & production crew members have left our space. If you go over your time, you will be billed for your extra time. Any partial hour will be charged as a full hour.

CREW SIZE

A maximum of 49 people are allowed in our space. Our exterior space could be used for an additional fee.

INSURANCE

At least 24 hours prior to your booking, all renters of our space are required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your booking to be accepted. Bookings will not be confirmed until your COI is submitted and complete. If you need assistance obtaining a one-day COI, we will be happy to help. Our minimum insurance requirements are:

• Commercial General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence & $2,000,000 aggregate
• Property/Physical Damage: $100,000
• Additional Insured/Certificate Holder: Box Eight, 1446 E. Washington Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90021


OVERTIME CHARGES, OVERNIGHT STORAGE FEE, & SHORT NOTICE FEE

For any bookings over 10 hours, overtime charges will apply at a rate of $225/hr. No bookings shall last longer than 12 hours. If all guests and/or production crew have not left the space within 12 hours, you will be charged 2x our rate ($300/hr) for every hour or partial hour until your crew has left our space.

If you would like to book our space for consecutive days, we offer guests the option to store their equipment in our space overnight for a fee of $200.

If you request to book our space less than 24 hours before the start of your booking, our hourly rate increases to $175/hour and your COI must be submitted by 5 pm on the day prior to your booking.

CLEANING, TRASH

We request that our guests & their production crews dispose of all trash and recyclables in the bins provided. Any larger, non-reusable trash items must be disposed of at the renters' expense.

A multi-purpose production studio located in downtown Los Angeles. Beautiful decor, charming atmosphere.

Our 4,000 ft ground floor space features a 15x27 ft' white corner-cyc wall with blackout-capable skylights, allowing for natural light or artificial light shooting.

We also have a 2,000 ft patio, which includes a water-flooding cyclorama.
