About this space
The furniture throughout has a comfortable appeal mixed with some industrial pieces. The original hardwood floors have a deep color and amazing character.
We offer most of our house for productions, including: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Front Yard. The Bedroom and Kids' Room are not included in the rental, but can be added, if requested. The outdoor space is recently renovated and includes a couple of unique features including a stock tank hot tub, citrus trees, and amazing views of Orange County.

About 1920's Mission Home
Our 1920's home is perfect for photo and video shoots that are looking for a very charming and inviting space. The house has multiple unique characteristics with the arched doorway, built-in fireplace, and combed plaster walls that provide an interesting texture.
We are located in an Unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County, so no permits are required. We provide an approximate location to help with your planning. We will provide the physical address once a scout or booking is planned.
