We welcome your furry friends to our home at no extra charge. Just be sure to clean up after your pets!
Our event services include commercial filming, weddings, engagement parties, and reunions. If you're interested in booking a wedding, please note that it must be arranged separately from Airbnb.

Host rules
Booking guest must be 18 years of age. Unless alcohol is involved then they must be 21 years of age.
The host will be onsite to answer all questions and walk you through the home.
The house should be left in the same condition as when guests arrive.
We do have WiFi and a smart tv.
The house has two pellet stoves for extra warmth.
Pellets are provided. If not familiar, We can show you how to operate them.
We do have card games board games corn hole, puzzles and a pool table for your entertainment.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, only in designated areas outside.
Party’s and gatherings are allowed. Must be respectful to the house and neighbors no out of control drinking and boisterous activities.
We do offer rentals tables, chairs, propane heaters, etc.
Please make sure all trash is in the home before going to sleep, we do have wildlife.
Dogs are allowed (no extra fee). You must clean up after your pup.

Filming Location: We do offer the home as a filming location prices vary depending on many factors, please find us at our own website and inquire for more information.
IMPORTANT: due to a very high and dry fire season there will be no fires on the property until after the season passes. Also, if it is a winter month inquire ahead about road conditions. Chains do not work 4x4 or AWD only during high snow season!

This large three bedroom three bath home is made of fully recycled material and is located on 5 acres of forest nestled in the mountains of Southern CA at the base of Mt Pinos in the Los Padres national forest.
A home away from home with a scenic view of Mount Pinos and access to countless hiking, off-road trails, and nearby Lake Pyramid for your enjoyment.
