Rules can be waived if you make a formal request with the host! Please also see the add-ons section for rule waivers.
-Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the rooftop. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP and CLEANUP and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. We are happy to give you a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking unless there is another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent on the rooftop after your booking has ended,

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
