A big area starting at the main gate, where you can dolly anything you need down to the venue's areas.
There's plenty of space everywhere, both with cemented floor and also a big, grassy backyard with large fruit trees. You can decorate the space with lights for night events.
There's also a large balcony with gorgeous views of all of Los Angeles, including the mountains and the Hollywood Sign! You can also decorate that area and even put tables, chairs, a bar, and even a piñata! Plenty of space to mingle and have fun!
