Host rules
1. Loud music is not permitted after 10pm unless allowed by local law, zoning, or
permits.
2. Smoking is prohibited.
3. All vendors must be covered by additional insurance provided by guests, and valid
permits must be supplied.
4. Rental times include both the setup and tear down periods.
5. Any moved furniture should be returned to its original location.
6. Equipment brought into the space by guests must be removed by the end of the
booking.
7. Prior to gaining access to the location, productions must present valid filming permits.
8. Food and drink consumption is restricted to specific pre-designated areas within the
location.
9. Selling alcohol or cannabis is forbidden unless the proper permits are obtained.
10. Alcohol consumption is only permitted if allowed by local law, zoning, or proper
permits.
11. Restroom facilities are exclusive to VIPs unless an alternative agreement is in place.
12. All large productions are required to provide portable toilets.
13. An onsite manager must be present for all bookings.
14. Please respect the privacy of the neighbors.
15. Parking on the street where it's not permitted and blocking neighbors' driveways,
even for a short period of time, is strictly prohibited.
16. A security deposit is a prerequisite for every booking.
17. Unless written permission is obtained from the owner, no individual over the max
crew size is allowed.
18. Any overtime, which is any time exceeding the agreed upon time in the contract, will
be charged at twice the normal rate.
19. Unless needed for a scene, guests are advised to keep off the grass as much as
possible.
20. At the conclusion of the project, the producer is responsible for the removal of all
trash and debris from the location.
21. The use of glue or tape that could damage the paint on the walls is strictly forbidden.
Only approved types of tape that won't cause damage are allowed.
22. In areas with heavy foot traffic and where equipment will be placed, the producer
must lay out boards and/

There is no end to the possibilities of what this three-story, open-plan warehouse complex can be used for.
With a combination of brick and lacquer red walls, cozy seating areas, and wooden floors, the space can be set up for any number of film and photography scenarios, as well as events, product launches, and celebrations.
Interesting touches include a vintage pinball machine, an antique wall clock, and grand piano. Ample bathrooms and parking make it easy for large crews to work here.
