About this space
Serene and quiet Zen film and event studio with an ocean patio and 2 private rooms, a large garden patio with a sauna, jacuzzi, and tasteful garden furniture, along with an outdoor patio fire. This can be used as 3 rooms (as the ocean patio locks off as 1 unit). Breezy and airy beach with spacious rooms with flooring and mirrors that can be used for yoga, dance, classes, filming, or photography. There is a bathroom and a kitchenette area, including storage, washer-dryer, a full kitchen sink with a dishwasher, a kitchen island, and a pantry with a fridge-freezer.
Film Production packages are available with cameras, lighting, sound mixing, and a crew. Catering, massage, weddings, beach setups for weddings, birthdays, etc. Photography backdrops, green screens, and a camera person are available, as well as a venue for film festivals, awards shows, and red carpet events.
Kitchen amenities include an Air Fryer, Espresso Machine, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Blender, Electric Kettle, Juicer, Cutlery, Pots and Pans, 2 hotplates, and a Soda Stream. The bathroom has a hallway area, and the bathroom itself features a mural design of ocean vistas with a shower stall for after surfing. There is also a private sauna and jacuzzi and a spacious garden area with outdoor furniture, a patio table and chairs with umbrellas, and a sun sail shade, which also includes a lanai area. There is an elevator and parking.
The space stays cool, so no air conditioner is needed, thanks to plenty of ocean breezes and a large ceiling fan. This is the most prestigious part of Venice, just past the Venice Fishing Pier and steps away from all the late-night restaurants and coffee shops at Washington Square, some of which are open until 3 am with a late-night liquor/dining license. It's right off the Venice Boardwalk, which will take you straight to Santa Monica Pier and beyond towards Malibu on a bike ride. It's a secure neighborhood community.

This ocean-side space has been hosting classes starting with the Learning Annex in 2003, to the 5 Elements Acupuncture School, to daily events for birthdays and anniversaries. Additional amenities include film and photography services for weddings or events, yoga retreats, mini wellness festivals with set-up areas for products, massages, and bridal showers, and a licensed marriage officiant.
