-Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property,
located in a High-Risk Fire Zone!
We will add an additional fine of $350 if you smoked in our property and we will claim all additional expenses of any special cleaning that may be needed, from you, according to the non-smoking Policy.

-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.
-Heating & Cooling
If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 74F which we find keeps the place at a comfortable
temperature.
-Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
-Pets
Please mention if you arrive with Pets.
We love animals and welcome them as a part of the family!
we will accept up to 2 pets with a pet fee of $250
They must be groomed and clean, kept off beds (we can provide pet beds) and all furniture, and not left alone inside or out, there are wild animals all over Los Angeles and greater areas.
