About this space
A more intimate space, Studio 2 is perfect for auditions, private classes and coaching, workshops, or smaller group rehearsals.
The studio can also be used for ancillary production needs such as costume fittings, prop/set storage, office space, or as an additional holding room or break area for larger groups. Studio 2 amenities include mirrors (full wall), a piano, tables and chairs, AC/heat, carpeting, and wireless internet access for your production needs.
The Studio-B rental facilities are conveniently located at the corner of Cahuenga Blvd. and Victory Blvd. in North Hollywood. Our two private studios are bright and airy and feature high ceilings and large workspaces with a comfortable lobby/reception area adjacent to each with a studio kitchen available for your use.
Our studio space is perfect for casting, dance, acting, or yoga classes, workshops, photography sessions, or rehearsals of any kind. It’s an ideal set-up for large or smaller casting sessions or for a theater company that wants to “move in,” leaving props and sets in the studio while rehearsing.
And the location and structural dynamics of the facilities create's a noise-absorbent environment - perfect for bands that need space to rehearse!

We also have a large, welcoming lobby with separate entrances to both Studio 1 and 2 greets visitors when they enter. A perfect reception or break area, the lobby features comfortable seating and a studio kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and water dispenser. The lobby area in included in the rental of the studio.

Welcome to STUDIO B please be courteous to our neighbors and our studio by following these simple rules.
LOBBY
Please clean up after yourself
- The refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave are provided for your use.
- A water dispenser will be available.
- FOOD or DRINKS should be kept in the lobby area ONLY.
- Absolutely NO FOOD or DRINKS in either rehearsal studio.
- No Smoking in the building.
PARKING
Two tandem parking spots will be held for your use while you are at the studio. Please Park tandem with three (3) cars across, then one (1) additional car behind. These spaces should be used at your discretion for any persons involved with your production.
- Do not park three (3) cars deep at any time in front of the studio.
- Please do not park along the wooden fence next to Kiddie Ride Company.
- Do not park in other tenants' designated parking spaces at any time (your car may be towed).
- After 6 PM you may park in any open space in the parking lot except along the wooden fence next to Kiddie Ride Company.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
