About this space
Host an unforgettable event on our inviting Mezzanine. This elevated space is ideal for 40-75 people (with seating for about 60) hosting birthday parties, networking events, and other celebratory meetups. A slanted ceiling, sky lights, and curved railing add to the unique feel of the space, with breathtaking views of our brewhouse and modern tasting room.
The Mezzanine can be accessed via stairs or elevator lift. Furniture includes beer garden-style tables, and barrel tables with barstools. An accessible bathroom is available exclusively for your guests.
Our drink menu includes beer, wine, hard cider, hard seltzer, spiked slushies, mocktails, n/a beer, soda, and juice. Spirits and all outside beverages are prohibited. Parties with fewer than 40 guests must purchase one drink ticket per person per hour. Drink tickets are $12 plus 9.5% tax and 20% gratuity, good for one alcoholic beverage, mocktail, or n/a beer; or two soft drinks or juices.
Guests can order from the food truck, or we can connect you with them to discuss options. You may also bring your own food; however, cooking onsite and privately-booked food trucks are prohibited.

Decorations are allowed with the exception of confetti, glitter, or other items that may leave debris. Please factor in time for set up and tear down in the total rental time. Rental requests outside of listed hours will be considered for an additional fee. We offer limited free onsite parking, and there is free street parking within a three-block radius. We are located one block off the Chandler bike path, and we are three blocks away from the North Hollywood Metro Station.

Outside food catering is allowed, or we can connect you with the food truck that is scheduled for the day of your event. All spirits/cocktails and outside beverages are prohibited.

About Lawless Brewing Co.
Lawless Brewing Company runs on the independent spirit of Los Angeles. By combining our deep knowledge of traditional brewing practices with a passion for the wild and unconventional, we’re forging our own path in the LA craft beer scene, without regard for convention or compromise!
Lawless Brewing was founded in 2010 by owners Ben & Whitney Wallace. The husband-and-wife team have won a combined 10 Emmy Awards working as producers for the iconic television show Entertainment Tonight, but their love for craft beer blossomed shortly after Ben purchased a small homebrewing kit. A friend who noticed the beer fermenting in the closet exclaimed “It’s Lawless up in here!” The name stuck.
Ben began brewing with his good friend Aaron Rainwater in 2013; they began formulating and perfecting recipes, and the seeds to start a business were planted. 8 years later, we’ve finally arrived in North Hollywood. It’s time to get Lawless!
