Our main gallery space features a ground-floor entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, a secure gate and freshly painted walls. Fluorescent and track lighting is perfect for artwork.
GALLERY ANNEX

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Designate a designated outdoor smoking area, if applicable.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is allowed with prior approval.
Noise Control: No loud noises allowed. Please respect upstairs neighbors.
Capacity Limits: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit as specified in the rental agreement, which must comply with local building and fire codes.
Special Installation Needs: Any special installation needs should be approved in advance. Avoid using adhesives, hardware, or any materials that may damage the property.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed except service animals.
