Situated directly above Cha Cha Cha restaurant and Wurstkuche, this loft is nestled in one of LA's prime hotspot locations, surrounded by excellent restaurants and offering valet parking for evening events.
Equipped with a full working kitchen and featuring an elevator for easy loading, this space is designed for convenience. Additionally, we provide rentable folding chairs and tables for seated events if required. With a spacious 1600 sq ft area, this loft comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for all attendees.

Host rules
No excessive traffic in the hallways (No drinking in hallways).
No Smoking in the building.
No Glitter or Confetti.
Music can be played loud but not club loud.
You must pay for set up and breakdown/cleanup time that you use.
If you leave the place messy then extra time that is needed to clean is billed for both cleaning services and space overtime. In many cases there is someone booked right after you so please book enough time after the event ends to allow for you to clean and hae the space cleaned. If there is no booking after you please do not leave on time with the space messy rather stay overtime to clean, you will be billed for the time it takes one person to clean and for the extra cleaning.
Confetti is not allowed. Do not pop balloons with confetti unless you plan to pick it all up before you leave.
Trash is located on the bottom floor out of the back door (by the elevator) to the left.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
