About this space

This stage is an open floor with a 3 3-wall white Set with pre-lit Arri Sky Panels.
- Stage has access to Green Screen & can be easily converted into a full green set.
- Stage allows for Furniture/Props
- Stage allows for Paper Back Drops for any Photo/Video needs.

Our main stage has been used for countless projects from commercials, corporate videos, castings, photoshoots, documentaries, independent films, podcasts, and much much more.

There is a lobby/sitting area, a vertical TV to make your guests/clients feel welcome, and a television (which can be used for entertainment or as a viewing screen for the main room).

There is a dressing area/makeup station, catering area, shared kitchen, and more!

We are close to the 105, 405, LAX, and a ton of restaurants, grocery/coffee shops, and much more!

Host rules

Remember that your booking starts at the start time and ends at the end time. We often have other guests and schedules to manage. Allow sufficient time to arrive, set up, and prepare before your production time, and also to allow for completion, breakdown, and clean-up. Your rental ends when the room is restored. We charge overtime at the designated rate for time approved in advance, and time-and-a-half for additional time on weekends or situations in which we are required to staff your event.

We are a highly versatile sound and production stage (3 White Wall Stage & News Room Style Set) specializing in podcasts, corporate video, interviews, remotes, photography, and other various productions.

We offer two looks - an open floor with a 3 wall white set with pre-lit Arri Sky Panels, and a second area with an interview/sports/news/broadcast set with built-in lighting, broadcast desk, vertical graphics wall with 2 75" vertical LCD panels, 86" backing LED screen for remotes or on set graphics, and a panel built into the desk - with the 86" interactive TV to have interactive abilities with your graphics/pictures/videos.

We have hosted thousands of projects, from interviews, corporate training, corporate events, panel discussions, living room talk shows, green screen shoots, network remotes, documentary shoots, commercials, and much more. No permits are necessary.

This room is perfect for livestreaming, live-cutting, broadcasting, & even live-to-tape. Aside from renting out the space, we can provide a crew if needed as well as a broadcast van pre-wired as a full control, mixing, and editing facility.

We are also a very well-equipped photo facility, with a product table and lights, modifiers, and lots of fun toys. Bring your own or rent ours.

We offer an on-site grip/lighting facility, expendables, back lot, and we are surrounded by restaurants and amenities. A kitchen with water/coffee is included.
