General Rules:
- No smoking
- No alcohol without prior notification
- No minors without parent/ guardian
- No glitter (make-up ok)
- No liquids on cyc wall
- Do not walk/stand on the curved portion of the cyclorama wall. Doing so will damage the wall with repairs starting at $500+.
- Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.
- Please return the studio back to the condition it was in.
- Renter assumes responsibility for himser/herself and any individuas who enter the studio space
- Outside catering permitted

New 2000sq ft Photo/Production Studio, Gallery + Creative space. Located in Mid City 2 blocks off I-10. A former bank from the 1920s transformed into a versatile creative and photography space. This unique venue is perfect for a gallery, pop-up location, or any creative endeavor. The space boasts a variety of amenities, including a private wardrobe and lounge area, private hair+make up room w/ 2 vanities and a sink, conference table, Studio w cyc and 20ft ceilings, restroom, high-speed internet, a/c and multiple dedicated circuits in the studio area.

Additionally, there is a kitchenette, a Nespresso machine, iPad connected to speakers with Spotify/Apple music etc. As well as ground-level storefront entry, which makes for easy loading and unloading.

The rental includes an array of equipment: two Apurture 150s, one Apurture 600 daylight with a large lantern, five Matthew’s C-stands with arms, Two mini rollers with an arm, an apple box, two 50ft stingers, a 6x6 black Duvetyne cloth, and two V-flats. Jiffy Steamer, rolling racks, folding tables/chairs included as well.

This combination of historic charm and modern amenities makes it an ideal choice for photographers and creatives looking for a distinctive and well-equipped space.
