The space is very multi-functional and could be used for private lessons, semi-private training, meetings, small gatherings, photo/ video shoots (the space can be blacked-out for all-day shooting), recording (we do have a PA system to use), streaming, classes, and more.
The location is directly across the street from many restaurants, the Hermosa Pier, and the beach. The building is accessible 24/7 as the entrance is keyless.

It could also easily be used for photography and videography, as the room can be nearly blacked out during the day. Additionally, it has an accessible PA system if you wish to record in a quiet space.
Entry is available 24/7 as the entrance is keyless.
