Our space can be used for private family gatherings and events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, and bridal/baby showers. In addition, our space can be used for repasses, rehearsals, meetings, creative gatherings, book signings, or classes. Our outdoor area is perfect for serving food and providing an additional space for your attendees.

- Strictly for private parties, video shoots, or promotional events
- Outside catering is allowed
- No selling of tickets or cover charges
- No smoking inside, there is a designated smoking area outside
- The basic cleaning fee is $75
- Security required for any events involving alcohol, security fee is $175
- Confetti or glitter are allowed
