About this space
This versatile space comes with a range of perks to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for your creative projects. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and heating to keep the space just right for you. We provide a variety of furniture, including tables, chairs, specialty seating, a clothing rack, and a cozy couch. You'll also have access to a dressing room, mirrors, rugs, and more, with abundant natural sunlight to enhance your work.
For photography and filming, we offer three backdrop colors—white, black, and green—and plenty of gated parking for up to 10 cars. The space is ideal for a variety of uses, including commercial and print photography, social media content creation, fashion photography, e-commerce product shots, podcasts, interviews, fitness photoshoots and videos, apparel shoots, headshots, TV series, events, parties, family photoshoots, maternity sessions, and more.
Please note that your set-up and clean-up must be completed within your booked time. Be considerate and ensure you leave on time. Before departure, it’s your responsibility to return all furniture to its original location. We strictly enforce overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the standard rate, starting immediately after your booking time ends, and charged in 30-minute intervals.
For safety and security, cameras are on-site to monitor arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges, and any damages. If you require additional parking, there is a large lot next door available for rent—contact us for pricing details.

Host rules
• Enjoy the space but please put everything back in its original place. We suggest taking pictures before to use as a reference.
• NO smoking indoors or on the turf
• Please add protection under camera equipment to protect the floors.
• We love our neighbors, please respect our neighbors and neighborhood.
ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set-up and clean-up MUST be done within your booking time. As soon as your booking period ends, we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location.
STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS X1.5 We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals.
# OF GUESTS: Please be upfront about the total number of guests attending. This includes all guests throughout your entire booking, not how many guests are there at one time. If more guests arrive than anticipated notify the studio host as soon as possible. If you have more guests than stated the appropriate rate will be added.
SECURITY CAMERAS: We do have a camera at the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges, and damages.
EXTRA PARKING: Please note that if you need more private parking there is a large parking lot next door that can be rented. Reach out for pricing!

Minimalist Natural Light Studio with free private parking and outdoor space!
Spacious Photo Studio and Event space! Our studio is located in Los Angeles close to Slauson and La Cienega. It is a private corner lot with plenty of parking. You don't need to drive around downtown LA fighting for expensive parking.
The space has a modern, minimalist aesthetic with warmth to it. The studio contains unique high-end furniture pieces. There are endless ways to get creative and make your vision come to reality with indoor and outdoor spaces. The studio is great for hosting both large and small events. Equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, full kitchen (with a coffee maker), and changing/makeup room.
