Host rules

We require a 50% LOCATION DEPOSIT to reserve dates. Remaining 50% location
deposit must be paid upon commencement of production.

a. If payment is not received by the day of the production, the property reserves the right to
terminate the agreement and remove the production from the premises. The deposit is
non-refundable.

All trash generated by production companies must be cleared away and lawfully
removed from LTL premises by the User. The LTL trash dumpsters are for LTL use only.
Trash Cans are available around the property.

No LTL items are available for use by Production unless granted by LTL management in
advance and in writing.

Respect and honor the space, as it is our family's home surrounded by mother nature.

No animals are allowed unless they are a part of the production.
