Our venue offers a range of complimentary on-site amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC/heating, and plenty of free street parking with no meters or time restrictions. The space features wall-to-wall mirrors, which can be covered if specified before your booking, and a private bathroom. Enjoy natural lighting, with blackout curtains available, and take advantage of our convenient location within walking distance of the Arts District, metro Orange line, and nearby food and shopping centers.

Please note that while the booking does not include items shown in pictures, they are available as add-ons with bundle deals. Available add-ons include an 8x4 adjustable stage, a projector with a 160-inch screen, folding tables and chairs, cocktail tables, private parking spots, and more. We also offer LED lighting, sound systems, and a variety of other equipment to enhance your event.

Additionally, services such as AV technicians, audio engineers, DJs, bartenders, door staff, videographers, photographers, and editors can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire for further details and pricing on add-ons and services.

Host rules

- Booked time MUST include set up and break down. Allocate enough time to prepare for your booking at the start and to collect all personal belongings at the end to get the space back to working order as it was upon arrival. You will not be able to access space prior to the booked time
- Headcount MUST be accurate. Number of attendees will be verified during your booking. Additional hourly charges will occur if the number is exceeded
- Outside catering is allowed upon request (additional fees apply)
- No cooking on-site allowed, preprepared food is ok
- No smoking in the building. Failure to comply will result in a smoking fee
- No cooking allowed, preprepared food is ok
- No lingering or loitering within 20 feet of the building
- No glitter or confetti allowed in the space (subject to additional cleaning fees)

Our facility provides our guests with a 1,200-square-foot creative space where your ideas can become a reality. With our open layout, we can accommodate any public or private event. Set up in the curated space is movable to create a different vibe or look catering to your needs. With a capacity of 80 (standing) and 40 (seated).
